Once the full search and screening process has been completed we Select and make professional business recommendations on who should be interviewed based on our complete market findings.

Clients are kept fully informed of progress on a regular basis, with short-lists of key target personnel being drawn-up typically within one to two weeks of the vacancy being registered, as opposed to the industry average of four to six weeks. Before presentation to the client all shortlisted applicants will have successfully passed through stages exploring suitability, motivation, aspiration, cultural alignment and competency and technical questions.

Every individual on the final shortlist will have a Candidate Pack incorporating:

1. Curriculum Vitae
2. Extensive Consultant Interview Notes
3. References x 2 (not current)
4. Copies of relevant documentation (certificates, qualifications, ID, pay slips, etc.)
